Two guys who regularly talk to each other on a daily basis on various topics and issues in the girls’ game.  Between the two of us, we have always ‘Kept It 100’, regardless if we agreed or disagreed.  Corey from an analytical perspective and Keith from a coach and hands on perspective has allowed both to gain the respect of parents, players and college coaches across the country.

Over the the years of the two ‘Keeping It 100’ with each other, they decided to create a podcast show in which they share their thoughts and allow the community to listen in.  ‘Keeping It 100′ aims to provide ongoing discussions regarding the ever changing aspect of youth girls’ basketball.
